The terms and conditions described below take effect from the moment of their publication or amendment. Before using the online casino DigiDice, please read these terms and conditions carefully. Changes to the terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are valid indefinitely. These terms and conditions may be amended by the owners and/or staff of the «Casino» whenever necessary. The new terms and conditions are valid from the moment they are published on this page. The «Casino» will do its best to notify users of important changes. Please check the terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes in a timely manner.

Restrictions

The «Casino» accepts users only from those countries and geographic regions where online gambling is permitted by law. Users must ensure on their own that they comply with the regulations and laws governing gambling in their region of residence. Responsibility for non-compliance with such laws and regulations lies entirely with the user.

Only persons who have reached the age of 18 or the age required to participate in online gambling under the laws of their place of residence are allowed to play at the «Casino». Users from the following countries are prohibited from registering an account with the «Casino»: .

The «Casino» reserves the right to request proof from the user that they have reached the age required to play, and to block the accounts of users who fail to provide proof that they have reached the age allowing them to participate in gambling.

The «Casino» reserves the right to block (temporarily or permanently) the account of a user who deliberately uses offensive, degrading or obscene language towards customer support staff and other employees of the «Casino». In this case, the user must withdraw all funds from the gaming account within 72 hours.

Available currencies

The following currencies are available at the «Casino»: RUB (₽), USD ($), EUR (€), UAH (₴), CLP ($), ARS ($), PEN ($), BRL (R$), UBC (µ₿). The user may use up to 10 currencies. Changing the selected currencies is technically impossible. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully consider your choice of currencies for your account. Re-registration is prohibited, even if you need to choose a different currency.

Taxes and fees

The user is solely responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes on winnings required by the laws of their country or region of residence.

We reserve the right to charge transaction processing costs to the user if they have not turned over the deposit amount three times before withdrawing funds. In this case, the fee will be 15% of the withdrawal amount. Failure to turn over the deposit three times may also be grounds for cancelling a withdrawal request. This decision is made entirely at the discretion of the «Casino» and is not subject to review.

Game rules

The user confirms that they know the rules of the game they are playing. Responsibility for knowing the payout percentages and the logic of the games lies entirely with the user. If the user does not know the rules of the game they are about to play, they can use the demo mode and/or study the information provided in the game interface.

Disclaimer of warranties

The user acknowledges that playing at the «Casino» may result in the loss of money. The «Casino» bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred by the user as a result of playing at the «Casino».

The «Casino» takes all possible measures to protect the user’s personal data and provides this data only to parties involved in the provision of gaming services at the «Casino». Nevertheless, the «Casino» bears no responsibility for how this information is handled by third parties, such as game providers or payment systems. Such third parties handle the user’s personal data in accordance with their own terms and conditions. The list of data that the «Casino» may provide to third parties is given on the «Privacy» page.

The «Casino» is not responsible for any hardware or software defects, loss of internet connection or any other technical problems that may restrict the user’s access to the «Casino» or interrupt their game.

In the event that a bet is confirmed and winnings are paid out by mistake, the «Casino» reserves the right to cancel all confirmed bets containing errors or to correct the error by recalculating all bets under the conditions that would have been available at the time the bet was placed had there been no errors.

If the «Casino» mistakenly credits the user’s account with winnings that do not belong to them, whether due to technical reasons, errors in paytables, human error or any other reasons, this amount shall remain the property of the «Casino» and will be deducted from the user’s balance. If the user withdraws funds that do not belong to them before the «Casino» becomes aware of the error, the amount paid by mistake shall (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available by law) constitute the user’s debt to the «Casino». In the event of an incorrect credit, the user must immediately notify the «Casino» by email.

The «Casino», its owners, employees, partners, game providers and payment systems:

• do not guarantee that the software or website is fit for its purpose;
• do not guarantee that the software and website are free of errors;
• do not guarantee that the website, payment methods and/or games will be available without interruption;
• are not liable for any losses, costs or expenses, whether direct, indirect, incidental or otherwise, arising in connection with the user’s use of the website or participation in games.

The user acknowledges that the «Casino» is the final authority in deciding whether the user has violated the terms and conditions of the «Casino» in a way that results in the suspension or permanent blocking of the user’s account.

Circumstances and situations not regulated by these terms and conditions may be resolved in favor of the «Casino».

Use of the account

Each user is entitled to create only one gaming account. The creation of more than one account by the same user may result in the deletion of all the user’s accounts and the cancellation of all payouts. The user must not give anyone access to their account or allow third parties to use the «Casino» from their account. The «Casino» may only be used for personal purposes and must not be used to obtain any commercial profit.

When filling in the registration and profile fields, the use of offensive language and obscene words, as well as any commercial or advertising information, is not allowed. If such violations are detected, the user’s account may be restricted or blocked.

Anti-fraud

The «Casino» has a strict anti-fraud policy. If a user is suspected of any fraudulent activity, or their actions involve the following:

• participation in any collusion with other users;
• development of strategies aimed at obtaining winnings dishonestly;
• fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment systems;
• chargebacks or reversals of credit/debit card payments;
• submission of forged documents;
• other types of fraud;
• or the user has been declared bankrupt in their country of residence;
• or the user provided false information during registration;

in such a case, the «Casino» reserves the right to close all of the user’s accounts and cancel all payouts. This decision is made entirely at the discretion of the «Casino», and the user will not be informed of the reasons for it. The «Casino» reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if fraudulent actions committed by the user are detected.

The «Casino» has the right to request documents confirming identity from any user. The user may be required to take a «selfie» holding the document and a confirmation of the date the «selfie» was taken. Modifying documents and «selfies» using any special software is strictly prohibited. If the requested documents are not provided by the user within one month from the date of the request, the «Casino» reserves the right to confiscate the remaining balance of the user and block their account.

Partnership

Affiliates must not offer any user, directly or indirectly, any incentive or benefit (including, but not limited to, payment of money) for using the services provided by the «Casino» (for example, granting bonuses from the affiliate commission). Otherwise, the «Casino» reserves the right to block the affiliate’s account and suspend all payouts.

Affiliates are prohibited from using advertising and promotion methods that violate moral standards and the laws of the countries in which the promotion is carried out. Any kind of spam and the distribution of advertising via malicious or other unwanted software are also prohibited.

In case of inactivity for more than 3 months, the «Casino» reserves the right to block the affiliate’s account. In this case, all funds earned will be paid out in full. Inactivity in this case means the absence of new registrations and/or deposits during one quarter of the calendar year.

Deposits

The «Casino» offers a wide range of methods for topping up the account balance. To make a deposit, the user can use Visa, Mastercard and Mir credit and debit cards, as well as a variety of e-wallets, online banking and cryptocurrencies.

The user may only use their own credit/debit card or other payment method to top up their balance. When depositing by bank card, a card verification procedure may be required.

The minimum deposit amount is: RUB - ₽300.00; USD - $5.00; EUR - €5.00; UAH - ₴300.00; CLP - $5000.00; ARS - $7000.00; PEN - $20.00; BRL - R$30.00; UBC - µ₿300.00. For some payment methods, the minimum deposit amount may be higher than the standard one, depending on the requirements of the payment system.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is: RUB - ₽1000.00; USD - $15.00; EUR - €15.00; UAH - ₴1000.00; CLP - $15000.00; ARS - $20000.00; PEN - $50.00; BRL - R$100.00; UBC - µ₿1000.00. For some payment methods, the minimum withdrawal amount may be higher than the standard one, depending on the requirements of the payment system. If the amount requested for withdrawal exceeds the payment system’s limit, the payout will be made in installments. A withdrawal request starts being processed immediately upon receipt; however, the withdrawal process may take up to five business days when using some payment systems.

Each user may make up to two withdrawals per day and up to seven per calendar week. Withdrawal requests that violate this limit will be cancelled, and the user will be notified by email. If the amount withdrawn by the user has to be split into several payments to meet the payment system’s limits, such payments will be considered a single withdrawal, provided that the user has not made a deposit between them and/or no bets have been placed from the account.

Withdrawals are made to the same accounts, e-wallets and crypto wallets from which the deposit was made. Exchange operations, in which the user tops up the balance using one method and withdraws funds using another, are prohibited.

The «Casino» reserves the right to verify the user’s identity before processing a withdrawal and to delay the payout for the time required for such verification. If the user has provided false information, the payout may be refused in full and their account may be blocked. If such a decision is made, the user will be notified by email.

The maximum payout to a user is $3000 per day, $10000 per week and $30000 per month. Exceptions may be made for users with a high account level and in certain individual cases.

Withdrawals to e-wallets take from a few seconds to 15 minutes. Withdrawals to credit and debit cards, as well as by bank transfer, may take up to 5 banking days. Account verification before a payout, if necessary, takes up to 24 hours on weekdays and up to 72 hours on weekends and public holidays.

Bonus policy

Any bonuses, rewards, lotteries, jackpots and tournaments are offered at the discretion of the «Casino» and may be cancelled or changed at any time without notice.

All bonuses at the «Casino» are granted on the terms specified in the bonus information. All «Casino» bonuses are non-sticky and do not increase the user’s balance until the wagering requirement is fully met. Bonuses can only be wagered on slot machines (slots) with an RTP of 96% or lower. The wagering period starts from the moment the bonus is received or the winnings from free spins are received. Wagering takes place without conversion - a bonus in EUR can only be wagered when playing in EUR.

Levels achieved by the user at the online casino DigiDice are kept forever. The conditions for reaching a level, the cashback amount, the gifts for reaching a level and the points exchange rate may be changed at any time without notice.

The GMT+3 time zone is used for tournaments and lotteries, as well as for bonuses and rewards.

In tournaments with the «Win multiplier» discipline, purchased bonus games are not taken into account. The minimum win to earn points is $3000. The bigger the win, the more points you get. For a win of $10000 or more, the additional coefficient is X1.1, $30000 or more - X1.2, $100000 or more - X1.3, $300000 or more - X1.4, $1000000 or more - X1.5.

The amounts of jackpots won and information about the winners are not disclosed for privacy reasons.
