The «Casino» has the right to use clients’ personal data in certain cases, namely:

to transfer funds to the «Client’s» account;
to analyze and monitor the «Client’s» gaming activity and track trends in order to improve the functionality and quality of the gameplay;

for promotional and marketing campaigns - with the «Client’s» consent;
for any other purposes which, in the opinion of the «Casino», require the collection of personal data.

Collection of information

The «Client» must follow the rules and provide the necessary data at the request of the «Casino». The «Casino» has the right to use cookies and web beacons. Such data includes the IP address, browser name and language used, URLs, date/time and the name of the operating system. This information does not allow the «Client» to be identified and is used by the «Casino» solely for analysis and administration purposes.

Other

The «Casino» is not responsible for third-party access to personal information initiated by the «Client» themselves. If the «Client» wishes to close their account, they must send a corresponding request to customer support at: support@digidice.casino
